1. Customers who would like to make a compensation claim should contact Panthera’s customer service, where they will receive a claim number.
2. Panthera will ship a replacement product along with a return slip.
3. The customer returns the claimed product with the return slip, including the correct claim number.
4. If the claim is not approved or if the claimed product has not been returned within 30 days, Panthera will send an invoice for the product.
5. Panthera will pay the shipping costs.
